I LOVE this tutorial from Julie Griffith.  I have a tendancy to forget how simple it is to make something like ... well ... let's say a border!  This is a great reminder and I LOVE using tools that I have sitting on my desktop! 

simple. smart. sophisticated.  Is there any other way?!
