Guest Designer Sharon Gabrielson and A Card a Day in the Month of May
Monday, May 09, 2011
It's Tuesday and I am so honored to be able to do this.
I decided to step out of my norm and do girls. I know it's a stretch but when you only have a boy that doesn't help. Plus, the stamp set I wanted to use I could only find half of it, and of course, the half I wanted was the part missing. But I have to admit, I like how it turned out.
The card is very fast and easy to make. I followed Heather's pattern but changed a few things. The square is 2 3/4 x 2 3/4; my rectangle is 3 x 4 3/4. The tag comes with the paper pack. I used an edge distresser and tore a couple of places. My crop-a-dile went through the ribbon and tag.
Supplies used:
Cha Cha Soar with It Collection [Cardstock B310; Ribbon B210; Hardware B110]
Movie Night T-3329
Copic Markers [too many colors to count :)]
Momento Tuxedo Black S-1900
Crop-A-Dile K-100
Scotch ATG 700 Tape Gun F611
Edge Distresser
Spica Glitter Pens
This is a FUN sketch, and I hope you give it a try!

Love the pink curlers - great card Sharon!
ReplyDeleteVery nice card using this image!
ReplyDeleteWow! Sharon, that is great. What a silly stamp, but you have colored it beautifully. It reminds me of girls' get-togethers I used to have as a teenager. Great job! You have mastered the Copics on this one. I enjoyed out Tool Time together but will miss you at Seminar. Have a fun trip!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card!! Love how you colored this image!
