I LOVE challenges and this week our team challenge was MONOCHROMATIC ~ one of my favorites!  Monochromatic means all of the colors of a single hue.  So if I choose PINK I could use as many shades of PINK as I like.  I took the easy road though.  I used just one ink pad color for each of my cards making this challenge even easier for me!

I was beyond THRILLED that I earned a stack of ink pads completely FREE with my SPC credit.  So many new colors to me ... I thought I'd test drive a handful of them ... and this challenge was PERFECT for that!

My OCDness makes me want to re-shoot these images however as that line is SO not perfect!  {smiles}

If you need to create cards in a hurry ... this is a design to keep on file!  SUPER simple!

I'm using a FREE online program to edit these photos and it keeps shifting my name and web addy so they aren't centered ... forget the cards ... it's these other details that will make me obsess!  LOL!

I was trying to capture the shimmers from my clear gel sparkle pen ... a little detail that adds so much depth to an otherwise flat image.

I used an acrylic block to stamp the layer immediately behind the girl.  I inked up the block and stamped it on my cardstock ... instant mat!  I also sponged a touch of color around the cut out DREAM blocks.

Such a FAST and EASY project!  I  hope this inspires you to use these sets and create a few cards just like it!
