#176 A Little Owl Softie

So
... what do you make with all of the reject pieces? A softie, of
course! The perfect complement to my granny afghan! Okay ... so really
... this is what I did while I was blocking all of my afghan pieces and
waiting for everything to dry.
This
was my first attempt at amigurumi and I definitely learned a few
things. Of course, Sophie saw it and officially thinks I'm crazy. Her
words were 'that's kinda' freaky weird' ... which describes me
beautifully ... I think! {smiles}
So ... I will officially be finished with my afghan TODAY ... and I'm SOOOO stinking excited! I am making a couple more things to go with this collection and then I'm signing off on it! I can't wait to share and am amazed by how much I've learned, relearned and still need to learn. It's all good. I'm happy to say ... I have my next 7 projects lined up and buying the supplies for them BEFORE I finished this has been a nail biter! Silly girl!
