#228 The Foxes from Vera Lane Studio
Thursday, January 05, 2017I LOVE this couple! In fact, they remind me of a real life couple that I adore {Zip and Yuki}. They were all I needed for inspiration. Now, to try and capture the fun, playful loving nature they share with one another.
I knew the saying instantly ... I always call them 'kids' {term of LOVE} because they make life fun regardless of where they are or what they're doing. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that both of them are in their early 20's. Right?!
The Foxes are a new Vera Lane set that debuted this week. Check out the Vera Lane Studio on Facebook to see some REALLY FAB cards featuring these two loves.
I also used Tree Lot which is a MUST HAVE Vera set! NINE different trees ... PERFECT!
I made a SUPER quick (2 minutes) video on how I created the background for this card.
Super easy, right?!
After I had finished the card I realized it needed something to add an air of dimension. I pulled out my silver thread, whipped up some circles and tacked them down under sparkles. I REALLY love this idea ... I'll definitely do this again!
It's not an official Mischelle card unless there is a TON of Sheer Shimmer Spritz. Yes, there may be a legal limit on the amount of it you can use on one card ... but I've always been a little heavy handed and lead footed.
There is also an ATC swap happening over at Vera Lane ... so here's a peek at my cards:
I have SO.MUCH.FUN playing at Vera Lane! I hope you'll swing by and perhaps stay for awhile!
xoxo,
Mischelle

Fabulous card and ATCs, Mischelle! Love how you created your forest background and have Mr Fox hiding behind a tree! Snazzily dressed foxes for the ATC swap, too. Lovely blog post! x
